Legacy of Change is a short film that tells the leadership story of National Urban League CEO Marc Morial. The son of New Orleans’ first black mayor, Marc transformed that city during his two terms as mayor—dramatically reducing crime and lifting the economy by bringing people together in a Gumbo Coalition. Today, at the Urban League, he’s applying his Gumbo Coalition approach to improve underserved communities across the U.S.
