Kelly helps clients determine their best content strategy and develops partnerships across key sectors.
She is a business builder with decades of experience in both the corporate and entrepreneurial arenas. Previously, she led strategic, operating, and P&L management at Six Flags Inc. While there, she oversaw all aspects of east coast park operations, public affairs, and marketing. She collaborated with key constituents, including the Six Flags Board of Directors and government entities. Working on the Senior Management team, Kelly helped guide Six Flags to being cash flow positive for first time in the company’s history. She also led her region achieve its customer service and growth plan objectives.
Prior to Six Flags, Kelly spent over 10 years at Disney's ABC Television Group, starting as an intern at Good Morning America and rising to Vice President, ESPN Programming and Acquisitions, and a member of ESPN’s Programming and Production Senior Management team. Her focus included contract negotiations, business strategy, and maximizing revenue-generating opportunities across the integrated platforms of the Walt Disney Company.
Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University. She serves on the board of Pequot Library and is an active member of the Georgetown Alumni Admissions Program.
