Dawn O'Brien

General Manager and VP Client Services

Dawn O’Brien, General Manager and VP Client Services, brings over 30 years of project management experience to SellersEaston Media. She is able to leverage her experience building programs and communities in servicing the needs of internal and external customers from her background in advisory research, trade association, IT and not-for-profit management.

Prior to joining SellersEaston, Dawn played several roles at Gartner, a leading global information technology research and advisory company. During her tenure, she was Program Manager for the Gartner Global Supply Chain Top 25, a global research project that analyzes publically available financial data and surveys executives, to rank top supply chains among Fortune 500 and Forbes Global 2000 companies.  In that role, she was responsible for project management, project documentation, risk mitigation and field execution of the survey; and coordinated these activities with a global research and sales and marketing team, and global buyer communities in manufacturing and retail.  As a Gartner Leadership Partner she managed client relationships, participating in all phases of the client lifecycle.  During her tenure at AMR Research (AMR Research was acquired by Gartner in January, 2010), she launched the Retail Peer Forum, a share group for retail/CPG executives that translated member-led agendas in to meaningful networking.  She served as Senior Director, Retail Merchandising Systems for the National Retail Federation (NRF), the world’s largest retail trade association, where she worked with the NRF CIO Council, a roster of 50+ retail executives.  Dawn’s professional background also includes project management roles in enterprise IT implementations, and National Voluntary Health Agencies including the American Cancer Society and the Arthritis Foundation.

Dawn holds a bachelor's degree from Boston University.
