As Director of Business Development and Client Services, Kelly is responsible for building the firm’s relationships across key sectors and working with clients to help them obtain the ideal SellersEaston experience. Kelly is a business executive with over 20 years of experience building businesses and strategic partnerships in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings.
Most recently Kelly was Chief Operating Officer of In Order to Succeed, a premiere moving concierge business that serves top tier clients and manages their residential and business relocations. While there, she created an infrastructure for rapid growth, built out service offerings and increased revenues while overseeing operations, marketing, strategic partnerships and all digital media marketing efforts.
Previously, Kelly led the east coast region’s strategic, operating, and P&L management at Six Flags Inc. She oversaw all aspects of park operations, public affairs and marketing. She collaborated with all constituent groups including the Six Flags Board of Directors, governmental and state affairs, internal and external committees, as well as public consumers. Kelly was part of the Senior Management team that achieved the company goal of cash flow positive performance for first time in company history as well as customer service and growth plan objectives.
Prior to that, Kelly spent over 10 years at Disney ABC Television Group, starting as an intern at Good Morning America and rising to the ranks of Vice President, Programming and Acquisitions at ESPN. Her focus included contract negotiations, business strategy, and marketing and relationship management. As a member of ESPN’s Programming and Production Senior Management team, she maximized revenue-generating opportunities across the integrated platforms of the Walt Disney Company.
Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University. She serves as the Treasurer on the board of Pequot Library, a former Advisory Board Member of the Women’s Sports Foundation and an active member of the Georgetown Alumni Admissions Program. She spends her time between New York City and Southport, Connecticut where she resides with her family.
